The past summer with YEAA is absolutely unrivaled when it comes to the amount of personal/professional growth that I underwent. Starting from the initial training in February and throughout the rest of the preseason and the summer, I learned more about myself and gained more real world experience than any other program could have offered me. By the end of the summer I was able to run a $133,000 business, but more importantly, I now have the understanding and capacity to effectively manage a group of individuals to achieve great results.
