Joel Puthoff

I joined Student Painters back in 2005 and my last summer was in 2016. I learned several skills, how to hire and train cold callers, how to sell paint jobs and ended up running a 55,000 business my first year. After that I wanted more, I started picking up business books and reading and learning and I came back for a second year. I then moved out to the South and oversaw more than 2.8 million dollars in business over the course of my seven years of building a division there. I learned so many skills at a higher level. I learned so many things like management skills, sales skills, or even making money. In the end it is never about the money. It is about the business you build, the team you manage, the experience you got and the challenge you put yourself through.
