Haley Avila

Each year as an executive you continue to learn and grow so much personally and professionally. I love being able to make an impact on so many people’s lives; especially the managers who’s lives can change because of this program. As an executive there are some incredibly fun moments and incredibly challenging ones. It’s these moments that wake me up in the morning and get me excited for the day. Coaching a larger team has taught me invaluable lessons about relating to different personalities. In my opinion, there is no better way to fast track your career than learning how to scale a business to $500,000 in three years with the mentors and resources this company has. I love the culture and the relationships that I have formed with other managers past and present. (the New England Division is #1). The people are so inspiring and motivated that I want to continue to meet more of them. A huge thank you to all the mentors I have gotten the opportunity to work with over the last few years.
