I decided to join Young Entrepreneurs Across America (YEAA) and run my own branch because I saw it as an incredible opportunity to grow and also gain real world experience running a business. This internship is easily the best investment I’ve ever made in my life. This internship has pushed me way out of my comfort zone - giving me opportunities to grow and develop new skills. I have learned how to close a sale, enhance my customer relations skills, and develop the organizational skills necessary to manage production and a successful business. I decided to return as an Executive Regional Manager because I saw the opportunity to inspire, lead, and have a life changing impact on other students like I experienced in my first year. I plan on mentoring and leading 4-6 Rookie Branch Managers as well as running my own personal branch again. I am also striving to do a total revenue of $500,000 in the 2022 Season. This internship truly showed me that you can achieve anything you put your mind to as long as you are coachable, hard working, and passionate. There is no doubt in my mind that I will look back at my experience and story and be extremely glad to have taken part in this internship. YEAA will grow you in all areas of life and will set you apart from the average college student.
