I completed my first year with the YEAA / Student Painter program over the Summer of 2024. I can confidently say that with the mentorship of this program, I have run a $70,000 start-up business as a 19-year-old college student. I have gained valuable sales, marketing, customer interaction, delegation, leadership, time management, and self-accountability skills. To keep it simple you will get out exactly what you put into this program while having a mentor to guide you through every step of the journey. As we head into the 2025 season I am thrilled to be one of the Senior Regional Managers and look forward to mentoring a handful of young, driven, and like-minded individuals, helping them grow professionally and personally.
