The challenges that have been thrown at me have forced me to grow beyond what I thought possible in such a short time, and, because of them, I have become a more confident, capable, and professional leader. I ran a $102,000 business, managed a team, managed a schedule that let me be the most efficient this past summer, and the summer before.... I was a dishwasher...., so believe me when
