Christian Sladovich

When I first joined Young Entrepreneurs Across America, I wanted to step outside my comfort zone and prove to myself that I could take on a leadership role and manage a business from the ground up. This internship has been an incredible opportunity to develop real-world skills that I couldn’t have gained in a traditional classroom setting. Through hard work, determination, and the support of my mentors, I was able to sell and produce $76,000 this past summer. I’ve learned how to handle challenges in marketing, customer relationships, and operations while also building confidence as both a manager and leader. One of the most rewarding parts of this experience has been seeing tangible results of my work and gaining the ability to manage projects that truly mattered. I’m excited to build on this success, continue growing personally and professionally, and help guide other college students to reach their full potential next season.
