I decided to take the internship with Young Entrepreneurs because I thought this would be a great opportunity to save up some money in summer to help pay for school. When I went to the first information meeting, I was really interested in gaining experience in team building, management and sales and that is what led to my decision to do the internship. A few things I learned from this internship are how to delegate, a lot of sales skills, how to talk to people I don't know, how to present myself in a confident way and how to work with people as a team. This internship has helped me a lot in my classes, and how to be more confident in myself. I'm sure in the future when I am applying for jobs, it will show that I can adapt to different circumstances and set myself apart from others. It doesn't matter what major you are, this internship could help you.
