I first found YEAA from a flyer hanging up in my dorm. I went to the first information session and was inspired to set myself apart and be unique. That really was what transcended into some of the skills I developed like taking chances and learning more about myself as a business person and honing in on those skills. If i had any advice for someone looking to join, it'd be just do it. It's going to put you a leg up compared to everyone else in your age group and it's a great resume builder. You get some great life lessons along the way that transcend into the rest of your career. The benefits and experiences really go with you to each job and transition in your life so it's definitely worth trying!
