Starting a business, making it happen, hiring and firing people is all a part of it. I definitely learned better communication skills for sure, along with responsibility and accountability too. I was one of those kids in high school that did nothing besides get straight A’s. I was just talking with the CEO about how you get out what you put into this internship.
